This page identifies the publisher and hosting provider and explains the rules applicable to PixyLink.fr. PixyLink is the name of the professional website creation offer and the website; ETL CREATION is the business that publishes and markets this offer.

4. Purpose of the website and description of services
PixyLink presents clearly scoped Bio Page, professional website, catalogue-and-order and direct-sales packages. The examples, features, timescales and prices shown describe a starting scope and do not, by themselves, constitute a final contractual offer.
A contract is formed only after the requirement has been reviewed and the quotation or order form and applicable terms have been accepted. Requirements outside the advertised scope — such as business-specific development, a customer portal, complex connection or special feature — are handled as an option or require a separate study and quotation by ETL CREATION, where appropriate under the PixyLife offer.
The Catalogue & Orders package sends an enquiry to the professional without online payment. The Direct Sales package links client-managed sales Bio Pages to the client’s own Stripe Payment Links. It does not include a global basket, automated stock control, customer accounts or advanced carrier management. Third-party fees and terms remain those of the relevant providers.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and include VAT where “incl. VAT” is displayed. The final price, payment schedule, delivery period and deliverables are confirmed before work starts. Domain names, hosting, third-party licences, professional photography, extensive copywriting, payment provider charges and external services are included only when expressly stated in the accepted proposal.
6. Completed website and supplied files
Once full payment has been received, the customer receives a copy of the files required for the completed website to operate, together with the usage, reproduction or modification rights expressly specified in the quotation and applicable terms. The customer may install the website on their hosting and appoint a provider of their choice to maintain or develop it, subject to the applicable rights and licences.
The password-protected internal module, methods, generic templates, generation, backup or deployment tools, pre-existing components, trade marks and other pre-existing materials owned by ETL CREATION are not included in the supplied files. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences. The completed website supplied to the customer does not require access to these internal tools in order to operate.
The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to all copy, photographs, logos, videos, trade marks and other materials supplied for the project.
7. PixyLink Management and post-delivery work
PixyLink Management is an occasional internal service operated by ETL CREATION. Each session, offered at the published price of €50 including VAT unless otherwise agreed in writing, gives the client personal, temporary access to permitted content in the original version held within the PixyLink environment. Once approved, a new complete version of the public files is generated and supplied to the client. Every subsequent use requires a new session.
PixyLink Management operates exclusively from that original version. ETL CREATION does not accept, re-import or merge a website previously supplied to the client. Changes made directly to the supplied files or by another provider are not incorporated into the internal version and may be replaced when a newly generated PixyLink version is installed.
The PixyLink Management source code, technical access, generic templates and internal tools are never supplied to the client. A simple change carried out directly by PixyLink is available from €77 including VAT; its scope, timing and final price are confirmed before work begins. Larger requirements are quoted separately.
8. Intellectual property on this website
The structure, copy, graphics, logo, visual materials, business-sector catalogue and other content on PixyLink.fr are protected by intellectual property law. Substantial reproduction, extraction or adaptation without prior written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
9. Liability and external links
ETL CREATION endeavours to provide clear information and keep PixyLink.fr available. Errors, interruptions and changes to third-party services cannot be entirely excluded. Links to PixyLife, PixAgence or third-party services are provided for convenience. The notices and policies published on each website identify the entity responsible for the relevant content and processing activities.
10. Personal data
Information about forms, quotation requests and rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is provided in the privacy policy.
11. Dispute resolution
PixyLink packages are available exclusively to professionals acting for business purposes. French consumer mediation rules do not apply to disputes between professionals. If a dispute arises, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before beginning court proceedings.
12. Applicable law
This website and the professional services presented are governed by French law. This English version is provided for information; the French contractual documents prevail unless expressly agreed otherwise.
