Why does the Business Website cost €270 incl. VAT?
PixyLink uses a proven sector template. The client supplies every required item and the project includes one round of revisions, with no bespoke graphic design or special feature.
What must I provide for my Business Website?
Your logo, contact details, three to six images, services, service area, opening hours and legal information. Work begins once every required item is available.
Does the free Bio Page require a bank card?
No. It lets you publish a first Bio Page with a personalised address and HTTPS hosting included.
What is the difference between Catalogue & Orders and Direct Sales?
With Catalogue & Orders, the visitor sends a selection and the professional then confirms price, timing and payment. With Direct Sales, each sales Bio Page can include a Stripe Payment Link button for immediate payment.
Who adds products to Direct Sales?
The client creates and updates their sales Bio Pages, including images, text, prices and payment links. PixyLink installs the journey, supplies the template and provides the initial handover.
Does the €770 package replace a complete online shop?
No. It is designed for simple direct sales without a global basket, stock control, customer accounts or advanced carriers. A complete online shop is scoped separately through PixyLife.
How long does it take to launch the website?
The timescale is confirmed before work begins and starts once all required content and access details have been received.
Will I own the completed website?
Yes. Once payment is complete, the completed website and the files required for it to operate are supplied. You may install it on your hosting, have it changed and freely choose your provider. PixyLink Management, generic templates and internal tools are never included in the delivery.
How can I update my website after delivery?
You have three options: give the files to a provider of your choice, open a €50 PixyLink Management session to update permitted content yourself, or ask PixyLink to make a simple change from €77 incl. VAT. Larger requests are quoted separately.
How does PixyLink Management work?
Each €50 session provides personal, temporary access to the original version held within PixyLink’s internal environment. You make the permitted updates, then request generation and delivery of the complete updated public website. Every future use requires a new session.
Can I send a previously delivered website back to PixyLink?
No. PixyLink Management does not accept, re-import or merge a website previously supplied to the client. It operates only from the internal original. Changes made elsewhere are not included and may be replaced by the newly generated version.
How many images can a product display?
Each product can include one main image and up to five additional images. They are automatically compressed to WebP, sortable and displayed in an enlarged gallery.
Can I request a special feature?
Yes. Any request outside the advertised scope is handled as an option or a separate study. Business-specific development, a customer portal or a complex connection can be delivered under the PixyLife offer.
Are grants or funding options available?
Depending on your business, location and project, regional grants, digital schemes or investment support may exist. Eligibility and awards remain subject to each organisation’s conditions.
